In a nutshell, think meaningful, supportive partnerships, a diverse caseload, deep-rooted community connections, and unparalleled case support from some of the country’s top veterinary professionals—all within a privately-owned, proudly Canadian team.
We are a low–ego team with backgrounds in specialized equine practice, specialized bovine practice, mixed animal practice, and specialized companion animal practice, as well as expertise in business management, finance, and academia. We set out to shift the paradigm of how veterinary professionals and veterinary clinics operate, and are proud to be doing just that.
DVMs, not MBAs
Mosaic is proud to be owned and operated by Canadian veterinarians, and we love redefining what it means to be “corporate.” In fact, we like to think of ourselves as the uncorporate. We understand the perception that exists around corporate partnerships, and we are here to break the mold.

Mosaic offers the opportunity for associate veterinarians to become equity shareholders. Nothing that we do at Mosaic is “cookie cutter,” so we like to customize minority interest models to meet your personal and/or financial goals.
